炎性小体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 炎性小体是由多种蛋白质组成的复合体,分子量约700kD,此概念由Tschopp研究小组于2002年首次提出。炎性小体能够调节胱冬肽酶-1(caspase-1)的活化进而在天然免疫防御的过程中促进细胞因子前体pro—IL-1B和pro-IL-18的切割成熟;
