僵蚕对哮喘豚鼠血清IL-4和IFN-γ的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探索僵蚕对哮喘模型豚鼠血清中IL-4和IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:用卵白蛋白致敏法制备哮喘豚鼠模型并以卵白蛋白激发哮喘发作后,予僵蚕或地塞米松治疗。采用ELISA法检测哮喘豚鼠血清中IL-4和IFN-γ的水平。结果:与模型组比较,僵蚕高、低剂量水提液及地塞米松均能降低哮喘模型豚鼠血清中IL-4水平,具有显著差异性(P<0.01);并能提高IFN-γ水平(P<0.05)。结论:僵蚕水提液可能通过调节机体IL-4和IFN-γ的水平,达到调节Th1/Th2平衡,有效控制哮喘发作。 Objective: To study the effect of Bombyx Batryticatus on IL-4 and IFN-T in blood serum of asthmatic model in guinea pigs. Methods: Asthmatic models of guinea pigs were constructed by immunization and challenged with nebulized OVA, then they were treated with Bombyx Batrytieatus or dexamethasone.The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in of guinea pigs were determined by using ELISA. Results: In the asthmatic model group, the levels of IL-4 had significant differences compared with those of high Bombyx Batrytieatus group, low Bombyx Batryticatus group and dexamethasone group (P〈0.01). The levels of IFN-γ, were increased in high Bombyx Batryticatus group, low Bombyx Batryticatus group and dexamethasone group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Bombyx Batryticatus may regulate the Thl/Th2 balance by influence the balance ofiL-4 and IFN-7, which play an important role in treating asthma.
