两地汤治疗青春功能失调型子宫出血60例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with the Liangdi decoction

目的:观察两地汤对治疗青春期功能失调型子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选用两地汤加减在出血期和调经期治疗本病。有效率达89.2%。结论:两地汤对青春期功能失调型子宫出血具有较好的临床效果,无激素之副作用,且远期疗效巩固。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liangdi decoction in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： Using the Liangdi decoction to treat this disease in bleeding and tune menstrual, the effective rate was 89.2%. Conclusion： The Liangdi decoction was effective in treating adolescent dysfunctional type of uterine bleeding, without hormonal side effects, and the consolidation of long-term effects.
