自拟利咽宁颗粒治疗慢性咽炎152例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 152 cases of chronic pharyngitis with self-made Liyan Ning particles

目的:自拟利咽宁颗粒治疗慢性咽炎(①单纯性慢性咽炎;②慢性肥厚性咽炎)疗效观察。方法:将228例患者随机分为治疗组152例和对照组76例。治疗组和对照组在治疗开始时都加服抗生素——阿奇霉素0.5g,1次/d,连服两周停药,以排除合并症。同时,治疗组用自拟利咽宁颗粒,2次/d,饭前温开水服用连服12周;对照组用达芬拉露喷剂(达芬拉露喷剂深圳大佛药业有限公司生产,规格5ml/90mg,国药准字H20020438)、金嗓利咽丸(金嗓利咽丸,西安碑林药业股份有限公司生产,国药准字Z61020812、规格360粒/瓶)服用12周。治疗期间均进行临床疗效观察对比。结果:治疗组治愈147例,治愈率占96.7%,明显有效5例,总有效率占100%。两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:自拟利咽宁颗粒治疗慢性咽炎取得了临床上十分满意的疗效。

Objective： The Clinical observation on treating chronic pharyngitis （①simple chronic pharyngitis; （②chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis） with self-made Liyan Ning particles. Methods： 228 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （152 cases） and the control group （76 cases）. At the beginning of treatment, the two groups were added antibiotics-azithromycin 0.5g, once a day, and taken continuously for two weeks withdrawal, to exclude the complications. At the same time, the treatment group was treated with self-made Liyan Ning particles, 2 times a day, before meals and warm water taking and taken continuously for 12 weeks; the control group was treated with Dafen Lalu spray, Jinhou Liyan pill, taking 12 weeks. During treatment the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results： 147 cases cured in the treatment group, the cure rate was 96.7%, significantly effective in 5 cases, and the total effective rate was 100%. There were significantly different （P〈0.01） between the two groups. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of self-made Liyan Ning particles was satisfactory in treating chronic pharyngitis.
