中西医结合外用药治疗慢性盆腔炎98例观察

Treating 98 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine plus external medicine

目的:通过中西医结合外用药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察。方法:选取2010年1月～2011年12月用本方法治疗的98例进行分析,总结临床表现、治疗特点、治疗疗效。结果:98例患者发病时以小腹坠胀、疼痛为主要临床表现,腰部酸疼坠胀为次要临床表现,经中西医结合外用疗法治疗后,预后较好。结论:运用此疗法效果明显,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine plus external medicine. Methods： 98 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were treated by this method, to analysis the 98 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease that were treated by this method from January 2010 to December 2011, to summarize the clinical manifestations, treatment characteristics, treatment efficacy. Results： Incidence of 98 cases of patients to the lower abdomen bulge, pain is the main clinical manifestations, lower back pain bulge minor as the clinical manifestations, the effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine plus external medicine was good. Conclusion： The effect of this therapy is significant.
