中医辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of treating ovulatory dysfunction infertility in TCM

目的:讨论采用中医辨证法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取本门诊自2010年2月～2011年11月共80例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别采取中医辨证与西医常规疗法,观察效果。结果:对照组的总有效率为52.50%;治疗组的总有效率为77.50%;两组比较疗效,具有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:通过采用中医辨证治疗方法,可有效改善排卵障碍性不孕症,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of TCM in treating ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Methods： A hospital since February 2010 November to 2011 a total of 80 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, respectively, taken TCM and modern medicine conventional therapy, observed the effect. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 52.50%; the total effective rate of the treated group was 77.50%; the comparative efficacy of the two groups, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment can effectively improve the ovulatory dysfunction, infertility, worthy of promotion.
