中西医结合治疗传染性单核细胞增多症56例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 56 cases of infectious mononucleosis syndrome in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的临床疗效。方法:选择传染性单核细胞增多症患儿56例,随机分为两组,对照组28例,静点更昔洛韦针,治疗组28例,在对照组基础上加用热毒宁针静点,统计两组患儿的临床表现消失时间。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.5%;对照组的总有效率为78.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗传染性单核细胞增多症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating infectious mononucleosis syndrome. Methods： 56 cases were selected and divided into two groups, the control group （28 cases） was given intravenous ganciclovir, the treated group （28 cases） was given intravenous ganciclovir plus Reduning, and disappearance times of the clinical manifestations of the two groups were counted. Results： The total effective rate of the treated group was 96.5%; the total effective rate of the control group was 78.5%, between two groups was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective in treating infectious mononucleosis syndrome.
