探讨临床护理路径在住院躁狂抑郁症患者健康教育中的实施效果 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨临床护理路径在住院躁狂抑郁症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:笔者所在医院收治的躁狂抑郁症患者110例,随机分为实验组与对照组各55例。对照组采用常规的教育方式进行健康教育,实验组采用规范的临床护理路径进行健康教育。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率、出院时抑郁和躁狂程度以及对相关知识的掌握程度均明显高于对照组。结论:使用临床护理路径对住院躁狂抑郁症患者进行健康教育,可以使患者症状明显改善,治疗效果较好,值得推广应用。 Objective:Discussion on hospitalized manic-depressive patients for health education using the clinical nursing pathway method application effect.Method:Our hospital 110 cases of patients with manic depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 55 cases in each group.The control group using conventional education mode on the health education for patients.The experimental group used the standard of clinical nursing path in patients for health education.Result:Patients in the experimental group total effective rate of treatment, when discharged depressive and manic degree as well as related knowledge level were higher than those of the control group patients.Conclusion:The use of clinical nursing path for hospitalized manic-depressive patients for health education, can make the patients symptoms improved significantly, the treatment effect is good, is worthy of wide popularization and application.
