2型糖尿病合并大血管病变患者血清尿酸水平的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析2型糖尿病合并大血管病变患者高尿酸血症的临床特征。方法:将97例患者分为2型糖尿病无大血管病变组和合并大血管病变组,检测并比较两组尿酸水平。结果:两组患者年龄、糖尿病病程、血糖及血脂比较,差异无统计学意义;大血管病变组血尿酸水平高于未合并大血管病变组。结论:高尿酸血症可能是2型糖尿病大血管病变的危险因子。 Objective: To investigate the clinic characteristic of hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular disease. Method: The uric acid levels of ninety seven cases, which were divided into two groups according to macrovascular disease, were detected. Result: There was no significant difference in age, duration of diabetes, blood sugar and blood lipids between the two groups, while the levels of serum uric acid in diabetic patients with macrovascular disease were higher than without it. Conclusion: Hyperuricemia perhaps is the dangerous factor which leads to type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular disease.
