健康教育对脑梗死患者复发率的影响

The Impact of Health Education on Patients with Cerebral Infarction Recurrence Rate

目的:探讨健康教育对脑梗死患者复发率的影响。方法:收集2009年1月-2010年1月在本院住院的脑梗死患者158例,随机分为对照组(A组)79例和观察组(B组)79例,B组针对脑梗死的危险因素进行全面系统的健康教育,随访1年后,观察两组脑梗死的复发率。结果:观察组在随访1年后的脑梗死复发率明显低于对照组。结论:健康教育对于脑梗死患者复发有着重要的影响,可提高脑梗死患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To investigate the impact of health education on relapse rate in patients with cerebral infarction. Method ：The collection of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010, 158 cases were randomly divided into control group （ group A ） and the observation group （ group B ） , 79 cases, B group for cerebral infarction risk factors, a comprehensive system of health education, follow-up 1 year after cerebral infarction recurrence rate observed in both groups. Result ：The observation group were followed up for I year after cerebral infarction recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion ： Health education for patients with cerebral infarction recurrence has an important impact, can improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.
