高压氧在牙周炎治疗中的作用

The Role of Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的:研究高压氧(HBO)对牙周炎患者病情临床指标所起到的作用。方法:选择笔者所在医院口腔科牙周炎患者30例,采用HBO手段进行治疗,对初诊与治疗后的各项参数指标开展常规测定。结果:从参数对比情况来看,第3组各参数指标的变动幅度与其它两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而前两组的变动程度明显比第三组大。结论:HBO对于牙周袋深度不同的患者所起到的作用也有所差异,这与纯氧到达牙周袋底的量以及该处厌氧菌所起到的抑制作用差异有关。

Objective ： To study the clinical symptoms in patients of periodontitis hyperbaric oxygen index as the role. Method ：Choose the writer＇ s hospital dental patients with periodontitis 30 patients, the method for the treatment, after treatment with both the various parameters in conventional index determination. Result ：From the parameters contrast situation, the third group of each parameter index variations compared to the other two groups, according with statistical significance, and the two groups of significantly change more than the third group of big. Conclusion ：For periodontal pocket depth different patients the role that also different, this and pure oxygen to the amount of periodontal bag play and the anaerobic bacteria that play the inhibition of the relationship between the difference.
