基于DS80C410的矿用本安实时网关设计

摘要 提出了一种基于高性能51内核的网络单片机DS80C410的矿用综合接入网关的设计方案,阐述了网关的硬件电路设计、通信流程及转换原理,结合矿井实际对网关进行了实时性程序设计,并参考煤炭企业多媒体综合业务数字网络的服务质量(Qos)对网关进行了实时性、可靠性分析。该网关可以实现RS485/232、CAN总线、1wire总线与工业以太网之间的有机结合,使得矿井下信息与上层以太网之间信息得以实时有效传递。 This paper puts forward a design of a mine integrated access gateway, which is based on a kind of high performance single chip network microcomputer DS80C410, and introduces the design of gateways hardware circuit communication process and transfer principle, gives the program flow which is based on the actual of mine, and gives the gateway's real- time, reliability analysis for the quality of service (Qos) analysis of coal enterprise multimedia integrated services digital network. The gateway can realize the data exchange between RS485/232 CAN bus lwire bus and industrial Ethernet, makes the transmission of information between mine and Ethernet is effective and real-time.
