摘要
本文针对原有继电接触器式固体混料装置存在的不足,提出一种基于CPU222AC/DC/继电器+扩展模块EM231控制的固体混料装置的系统设计方案。给出了PLC控制系统的I/O口配置、硬件设计电路图和梯形图程序。文中PLC系统具有很好的可靠性和抗干扰能力,不仅大大降低了系统的故障率,提高了生产效率,而且可在线调试,方便系统的升级改造。
The paper presents a design of solid mixing equipment based on Siemens CPU222AC/DC/RELAY＋Expansion module EM231.The I/O interface configuration diagram, hardware design diagram and ladder programs are given. In this paper, PLC system has high reliability and capacity of resisting disturbance, it not only reduces failure rate and enhance production efficiency, but also debugs on-line and benefit system upgrade.
