摘要
宝钢股份有限公司冷轧薄板厂镀铬机组采用的是TMEIC公司的窄搭接滚压焊接机,本文介绍了该焊机的焊接原理、过程、工艺参数,摸索出该焊机及控制技术。现场应用效果表明,该焊机自动化程度高,工艺先进,能适应镀铬机组的生产需要。
Tin Free Steel Line（TFSL）in Baosteel uses TEMIC welding machine to attach the end of the front coil with the end of underwent coil to finish efficient production. This paper introduces the TEMIC mash seam welder（MSW） in baosteel cold-rolled sheet plant, including its welding principle, process, process parameters and control system.Field application shows the welder is related to high degree of automation, advanced technology, and is able to adapt the production needs for TFSL.
