胎儿重要器官功能评估

Assessment of the function of fetal vital organs

摘要 宫内干预后的存活儿出生后出现各种后遗症是临床常见的棘手问题。无病生存率的概念越来越受到重视。对胎儿疾病涉及的重要器官的功能、发育及受损程度进行正确的评估,有助于选择适当的处理方案及干预方式,减少不必要的宫内干预,减少存活儿后遗症的发生。 The postnatal sequelae appeared in survivals after in-utero intervention arise a troublesome problem. Disease free survival is being considered more and more important. Accurate evaluations of the function, development and impairment referring to important organs assist to select appropriate treatment and intervention method, and avoid unnecessary intervention, decrease the postnatal sequelae in survivals as well.
