海南省2010～2011年医用X射线诊断卫生防护调查

Survey radiological protection of workers engaged in medical X-ray diagnosis in Hainan Province

目的了解海南省医用X射线诊断卫生防护状况,保障放射工作人员、公众的健康与安全。方法按照《医用X射线诊断卫生防护监测规范》的要求检测,依据相关国家标准进行评价。结果防护措施合格率电离辐射标志为83.33%、工作指示灯为79.76%、机房面积为86.90%、通风设施为89.29%、工作人员防护用品为86.90%、患者防护用品为88.10%,其中乡镇级合格率均最低。放射工作场所和机房周围环境的放射水平均值为(0.40±2.46)μGy/h,范围为0.04～60.30μGy/h,检测点超标率为1.21%,其中候诊门最大为3.81%,其次是电缆线管口1.19%、观察窗0.95%、控制室门0.24%,乡镇级最大为3.19%。结论海南省医用X射线诊断卫生防护状况总体较好,但仍应进一步加强各级单位放射卫生防护管理,特别是乡镇级单位。

Objective To survey the protective status of workers engaged in medical X-ray diagnosis in Hainan Province,Methods The protective conditions of workers engaged in medical X-ray diagnostic were surveyed based on the health protection monitoring standards.Results The qualification rates of protectiive measures of ionizing radiation sign,the working indicator light,engine room area,the ventilation facilities,staff protective equipment,and patients with protective equipment were 83.33%,79.76%,86.90%,89.29%,86.90%,88.10%,respectively.The qualification rate at township-level was the lowest among the three levels.Average radiation level in the workplace and engineer room ambient was 0.40 ± 2.46μGy/h,ranging from 0.04 to 60.30μGy/h,those Test points exceeded the rate of 1.21%,among which the waiting doors,the maximum of exceeded point was 3.81%.the cable followed by orifice（1.19%）,the observation window 0.95% and the control room door（0.24%）.The highest exceeding rate was 3.19% at the township level.Conclusion The overall protective conditiions of X-ray workers is generally good,but a lot of work has to be conducted to protect the health of the workers
