摘要
目的调查云南省鹤庆县血吸虫病流行区人畜感染率和钉螺的分布情况。方法收集鹤庆县血吸虫病流行的基本情况和2001~2011年查灭螺、查治病的相关资料,对资料进行整理分析。结果2011年全县尚有钉螺面积96.3273万m2,血吸虫病人群感染率为0.003%。2001~2011年鹤庆县血吸虫病人群感染率与钉螺面积、有螺面积百分比、有螺框出现率、活螺平均密度、阳性钉螺面积、感染螺平均密度等6项指标无相关性,但血吸虫病人群感染率与钉螺自然感染率存在相关关系。2001~2011年的血吸虫病家畜感染率与钉螺面积、有螺面积百分比、有螺框出现率、钉螺自然感染率等4项指标无相关性,而血吸虫病家畜感染率与活螺平均密度、阳性钉螺面积、感染螺平均密度等3项指标有相关性。2001~2011年的血吸虫病人群感染率与家畜感染率无相关关系。结论对血吸虫人畜感染率与螺情指标的相互关系有必要进行深入细致的研究,以便于指导防治工作,提高防治效果。
Objective To reveal the correlation of the Schistosoma infection rate of human and raised livestock with the distribution of snails or the status of snails with Schistosoma in endemic area of Heqing county.Methods There was Oncomelania distribution areas of 963 273 m2 left in Heqing County in 2011 and the schistosoma infection rate of human was 0.003%.The data of the snail eradication and control in the schistosomiasis endemic areas from 2001 to 2011 were collected and analyzed.Results The results showed Schistosoma infection rate of human was correlated with snails natural infection rate but not correlated with the 6 indexes including snail distribution areas,percentage of oncomelania distribution areas,the occurring rate of frames with living snail,positive Oncomelania distribution areas and the average density of living snails with schistosomiasis in Heqing County.There was relationship of the Schistosoma infection rate of raised livestock with the three indexes of the average density of living snails,positive oncomelania distribution areas,oncomelania distribution areas with schistosomiasis,having no relationship with oncomelania distribution areas,percentage of oncomelania distribution areas,the occurring rate of frames with living snail,snails natural infection rate.There was no relationship between the schistosomiasis infection rate of human and livestock among 2001 to 2011.Conclusion To research intensively into the relationship of the Schistosoma infection in human,livestock and snails will help guide the work of prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis.
