摘要
宫颈小细胞癌是一种罕见的原发恶性肿瘤,约占宫颈浸润癌的0.8%～2%,早期即可发生盆腔淋巴结转移及血行播散,患者死亡率高,预后极差,是最具侵袭性的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。然而迄今为止,该病的发病机制、病理表现、诊断标准、治疗方案等尚待明确和统一。
Small cell carcinoma of cervix is s rare primary malignant tumor accounted for about 0.8%～2% of cervical cancer and lyphonode metastasis would occur at early stage with blood desemination.The mortality rate of small cell carcinoma of cervix is usually high with unfavorable prognosis to be one of the most invasive malignant obstetrical carcinoma.Up to date the pathogenesis,pathological manefestations,diagnositic criteria and therapeutic regimens need to be expounded and unified..
