预烧工艺和CeO_2添加剂对(1-x)LaAlO_3-xCaTiO_3微波介质陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of calcining process and CeO_2 on properties of (1–x)LaAlO_3-xCaTiO_3 microwave dielectric ceramics

摘要 利用常规固相法制备了[(1–x)LaAlO3-xCaTiO3]+yCeO2陶瓷(y为CeO2的质量分数),研究了预烧工艺和CeO2添加剂对所制陶瓷微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,LaAlO3与CaTiO3一次预烧能获得较好的微波介电性能,CeO2添加剂能有效提高材料的烧结性能和微波介电性能。(0.4LaAlO3-0.6CaTiO3)+0.2%CeO2陶瓷经1 450℃烧结5 h后能获得最佳微波介电性能:εr=43.1、Q·f=29 700 GHz、τf=–2.4×10–6/℃。 [(1–x)LaAlO3-xCaTiO3]+yCeO2 ceramics(y was mass fraction of CeO2) were prepared by the solid-state reaction.The effects of calcining process and CeO2addition on microwave dielectric properties of the [(1–x)LaAlO3-xCaTiO3]+yCeO2 ceramics were investigated.It shows that more excellent microwave dielectric properties are obtained when LaAlO3 and CaTiO3 are calcined together,and CeO2 addition can improve effectively the sinterablity and microwave dielectric properties of [(1–x)LaAlO3-xCaTiO3]+yCeO2 ceramics.(0.4LaAlO3-0.6CaTiO3)+0.2%CeO2 ceramics sintered at 1 450 ℃ for 5 h has best microwave dielectric properties with εrof 43.1,Q.f of 29 700 GHz and τfof –2.4×10–6/ ℃.
