枣庄市水资源经济模型研究

Studay of the Model on the Water Resources and Economics in Zaozhuang City

枣庄市是山东省重要的能源、原材料基地和蔬菜、粮油基地。本项研究在水资源供需平衡分析基础上 ,以水资源开发利用与社会、经济、环境的协调发展为目标 ,基于多目标线性规划方法建立了枣庄市水资源经济管理模型。通过模型优化 ,提出了适应于枣庄市 2 0 1 0年社会、经济远景发展规划的水资源开发利用方案与管理建议。

Zaozhuang City is the important bases in the energy resource,raw materials and vegetables in Shandong Province. A plan fitting in with the social and economic development in 2010 on develpment and utilization of water resources is raised with the aim of the water resources and economics management modcl which consists of the multi objectivc linear programming method,after the equilibrium analysis of the water supply demand. The matural property, life material property,commercial property,and environmental function of water resources are fully considered.
