摘要
Q热是由贝氏柯克斯体(Coxiella burnetii)引起的急性自然疫源性传染病。本病呈世界性流行,人类和动物普遍易感,已经成为当前分布最广的人兽共患病之一。文章综述了Q热的病原学、流行病学以及血清学检测方法的研究进展,为Q热的进一步研究与防控提供科学依据。
Q fever is the natural focus of acute infectious diseases caused by Coxiella burnetii.This disease is worldwide epidemic,the humans and animals are generally susceptible and it has become one of the most widely distributed zoonosis.This paper reviews the etiology,epidemiology and the research progress of the serological detection methods of Q fever,and also provides a scientific basis for prevention and control of Q fever in the further research.
