日粮中添加不同水平L-精氨酸对妊娠期獭兔血清白细胞介素-2、γ-干扰素、白细胞介素-4的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Dietary Supplemented with Different Levels of L-arginine on Serum IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-4 in Pregnant Rex Rabbit

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平L-精氨酸对妊娠期獭兔血清中1型(Th1)和2型(Th2)细胞因子的影响,为妊娠期獭兔日粮的配制提供理论依据。选取发情獭兔72只,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只,试验1组饲喂基础日粮,试验2~6组配种后分别在基础日粮中添加0.15%、0.30%、0.45%、0.60%、0.75%L-精氨酸。测定在妊娠第10、20、30天血清中白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)的浓度。结果表明,妊娠10 d时,试验4~6组IL-2浓度显著低于试验1~3组(P<0.05);妊娠20、30 d时,试验3~6组IL-2浓度显著低于试验1、2组(P<0.05);妊娠10、30 d时,试验3~6组IL-4浓度显著高于试验1、2组(P<0.05),妊娠20 d时,试验2~6组IL-4浓度显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);与试验1组相比,IFN-γ浓度在添加量为0.15%时显著降低,并不再随添加量的增加而有显著变化。因此,妊娠期獭兔日粮中L-精氨酸适宜添加量为0.30%。 This study was designed to explore the impact of different L-arginine levels on the pregnant Rex rabbit serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines and provided a theoretical basis for the development of pregnancy Rex rabbit feed.Seventy-two estrus Rex rabbits were randomly divided into six groups: the group 1 to the group 6.The levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-4 were measured by ELISA at 10 days,20 days and 30 days in pregnancy serum.The results showed that the levels of IL-2 with the groups 4,5,6 were significantly lower than the groups 1,2,3(P0.05) in 10 days of pregnancy;the levels of IL-2 with the groups 3,4,5,6 were significantly lower than the groups 1,2(P0.05) in pregnancy 20 days and 30 days.While the levels of IL-4 with the groups 3,4,5,6 were significantly higher than the groups 1,2(P0.05) in pregnancy 10 days and 30 days,the levels of IL-4 with the groups 2,3,4,5,6 were significantly higher than the group 1(P0.05) in pregnancy 20 days.The concentration of IFN-γ significantly decreased when the addition of Arg was in the 0.15%,and no longer significantly changed with the increasing of Arg.Therefore,0.3% was the optimal added amount for pregnancy Rex rabbit.
