微型磁电阻效应传感器的空间应用前景 被引量:6

摘要 由于受重量、功耗、体积及成本制约,小卫星是空间技术发展的必然趋势,卫星小型化的途径是使用微型化的最新科技产品。空间磁场探测是航天器空间环境监测的重要内容。微型磁电阻传感器具有低功耗、轻质量、小尺寸及廉价等特点,正满足了航天器微型化的需求。这些微型磁电阻传感器在对质量、体积和功耗有严格要求的航天器上具有很广泛的应用潜力。本文简要介绍了空间磁测量任务的需求、测试手段及微型磁电阻传感器在空间的应用历程,并对其空间应用前景进行了讨论。 Small satellite is the trend of space technology, and the traditional space payloads is limited by the weight,power consumption,volume and costs. Magnetoresistive(MR) sensors are more suitable for small satellite on the commercial road with the virtue of low power consumption,slight,small size and lower costs than the magnetic fluxgate. For the spacecraft with strict mass,size and costs, MR sensors exhibits extensive potential. This paper presents the needs of space magnetic fields measurements,the techniques and the space applications roadmap for MR sensors briefly, and also points out the directions for MR sensors in space applications.
