摘要
目的确定葛花解酲片中挥发油的提取工艺路线。方法采用正交设计实验,以挥发油提取量为指标筛选提取工艺。结果提取最优工艺条件为:药材混合粉碎成40目,加8倍量水,浸泡4 h,回流提取8 h。结论按上述工艺条件提取葛花解酲片中挥发油较为合理。
Objective To confirm the extraction process for volatile oil from GeHua Dipe Tablet.Methods Using the orthogonal experimental design with volatile extraction as index.Results The optimum process conditions was as follows： Medicinal materials were mixed shattered into 40 mesh,eight times of water was added and soaked for 4 h,then reflux extracted for 8 h.Conclusion The extraction process of volatile oil from GeHua Dipe Tablet was reasonable.
