摘要
目的观察茯苓颗粒对超重糖尿病患者体重的影响。方法将经胰岛素治疗后体重仍增加的超重糖尿病患者随机分为茯苓组和对照组,两组患者均采用相同的生活方式干预,给予二甲双胍和胰岛素治疗,茯苓组加用茯苓免煎颗粒口服,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及胰岛素用量的变化。结果治疗后两组间各项指标比较,FBG、HbA1c以及二甲双胍用量差异无统计学意义,茯苓组患者体重、BMI、腰围、胰岛素用量的下降更为显著(P<0.05)。结论单味中药茯苓可减少超重糖尿病患者的体重。
Objective To observe the effect of Poria granule on body weight in diabetic and overweight patients. Methods The overweight diabetic patients with weight gain after insulin therapy were randomly divided into Poria-treated group and the control group. The same lifestyle intervention,metformin and insulin therapy were administered on all the participants while those patients in Poria treated group received Poria granule intake additionally. In a period of three months,body weight,body mass index（BMI）,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose（FBG） ,glycated hemoglobin（HbAlc）and insulin dosage changes were examined before and after the treatment. Results There were no significant differences of FBG and HbAlc levels between the two groups. The body weight,BMI and waist circumference in patients of Poria-treated group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P＊~0.05）. Conclusion Poria granule may have a beneficial effect on body weight in diabetic and o verweight patients.
