文章从高等职业院校校内技能竞赛与实训教学平台建设的角度入手,分析了高职学院实践教学平台建设的背景,并以秘书专业为例,探讨了秘书专业实训平台建设中的问题。在此基础上提出以高职学院校内职业技能大赛作为秘书实训平台的创新思路,对此平台的呈现形式、以及对秘书实训教学的影响和作用都做了较为深入分析。

From the perspective of the intramural skills competition and the teaching platform of practical training in vocational colleges,this article analyzes the background of the teaching platform construction and explores the problems in the practical training platform of the secretary major.The innovative ideas are put forward that the intramural skills competition can be performed as the practical training platform of the secretary major.Besides,more in-depth analysis is made on the rendering of the platform,as well as its influence and role on the practical teaching of the secretary major.
