阴道穹窿部性活动中损伤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of vaginal fornix injury during sexual activity

目的总结阴道穹窿部在性活动中损伤的诊断要点、损伤程度和临床处理经验。方法对确诊为阴道穹窿部损伤住院治疗的11例患者资料进行回顾性研究，将诊断方法、损伤程度和临床治疗中注意事项及随访结果进行总结分析。结果按照阴道穹窿部损伤程度分为轻度（即一度和二度损伤）3例，以及重度（三度和四度损伤）8例；轻度采取保守治疗，重度经阴道行修补术，11例均取得了良好的治疗效果。结论阴道穹窿部损伤的规范化分度对治疗至关重要，重度损伤经阴道行穹窿部损伤修补术是一种方便有效的治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the diagnostic points, injury degree and the treatment experience on the vaginal fomix injury （VFI） during sexual activity. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the data of 11 cases diagnosed with vaginal fornix injury and treated in hospital. The diagnostic methods, injury degree, cautions in clinical treatment and follow-up results were summarized and analyzed. Results According to injury degree, there were 3 cases with mild injury （ 1 and 2 degree） and 8 cases with severe injury （3 and 4 degree）. The cases with mild injury received conservative treatment, and the rest with severe injury underwent vaginal surgical treatment. They all had satisfying therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion The standard classification of injury degree is very important to vaginal fornix injury treatment. The operative method of vaginal neoplasty for severe injury is a safe and effective way.
