消旋卡多曲联合服药对婴幼儿急性水样泻的治疗

Effect of racecadotril granules combined with compound ocimum off oral suspension on acute diarrhea in infants

目的观察消旋卡多曲颗粒联合复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗婴幼儿急性水样泻的疗效及安全性。方法筛选84例符合条件的腹泻婴幼儿，随机分为两组：对照组为43例，给予消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗；治疗组为41例，在对照组的基础上加用复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组的大便性状改善时间和总病程较对照组短，两组比较有显著性差异（t值分别为2．019、2．021，均P〈0．05）；治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（χ2=4．484，P〈0．05）。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗婴幼儿急性水样泻，较单一应用消旋卡多曲颗粒可较快减少腹泻次数，缩短病程，无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and security of the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea by using racecadotril granules combined with compound ocimum oil oral suspension. Methods Eighty-four cases of acute diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in control group and 41 cases in treatment group. Both groups were treated with racecadotril granules,and compound ocimum oil oral suspension was given to the treatment group besides. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. Results Diarrhea time and total duration in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there were statistically significant differences （ t value was 2. 019 and 2. 021, respectively, both P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 4. 484, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compared with the treatment with only racecadotril granules, the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea by using racecadotril granules combined with compound ocimum oil oral suspension can reduce the frequency of diarrhea quickly and shorten duration of diarrhea without significant adverse reactions.
