摘要 不良妊娠结局严重地影响着人类的生殖健康，至今仍是全球性公共卫生问题。目前研究证实妊娠期感染史是导致妊娠不良结局的重要因素。母体牙周感染作为细菌本身及其产物和炎性介质的贮存库是不良妊娠结局的危险因素，但两者相互作用的内在机制尚未完全明确。该文总结有关不良妊娠结局与牙周炎关系方面的资料，探讨不良妊娠结局与牙周病之间的作用机制，以期为深入开展研究提供更多的信息。 Adverse pregnancy outcomes have serious impact on human reproductive health, and they are still global public health problems. Studies have confirmed that the infection history in pregnancy leads to poor pregnancy outcomes. Asa store of bacteria, their products and inflammatory mediators, maternal periodontal infection is a risk factor of adverse pregnancy outcomes, but the internal mechanism of their interaction is not entirely clear. This paper summarized the information related to relationship between adverse pregnancy outcomes and periodontitis and explored the mechanism between adverse pregnancy outcomes and periodontal disease, so as to provide more information for deep research.
