Progress on synthesis of biapenem compounds for antibiotics

摘要 对碳青霉素烯类抗生素比阿培南及其中间体的合成研究进行综述,并对主要合成路线进行了简单的评述,同时对比阿培南在国内的生产状况及存在的问题进行了分析。 The recent development in the synthesis of biapenem and its intermediates was reviewed. These synthetic methods were briefly evaluated. In the paper, the domestic production situation of biapenem and its problems were also analyzed.
