摘要 介绍了国内煤气化装置变换工艺冷凝液汽提设备在运行过程中出现塔器腐蚀、焊缝开裂、换热管穿孔的表现与状况;从工艺类型、设备材质、换热介质等方面分析了问题产生的原因;针对不同类型汽提流程提出了改进方案和相关注意事项,例举了在役设备的改进效果。 Author has introduced the operating situation that in the process of stripping solution reuse of shift process condensate in the coal gasification plant problem in China, the corrosion of tower and its weld cracking as well as porosity of heat exchanging tubes existed in the stripping equipment; the reason of caused has been analyzed from aspects of process type, equipment material, heat exchanging medium etc. ; in allusion to different type of process, the improvement scheme and related matters to be noticed have been proposed, and improvement effect for the equipment in service has been also listed.
