水煤浆气化炉托砖板损坏原因分析及技改方案 被引量:4

摘要 针对山东华鲁恒升化工有限公司水煤浆气化炉托砖板内径尺寸变大、径向产生大量裂纹、水平变形等问题,分析了托砖板损坏的原因:①氢致裂纹;②高温腐蚀;③高温冲蚀。采取了打止裂孔、涂抹高温密封胶和高铬浇注料的应急措施,并实施了更换新托砖板,扩大托砖板内径等结构性技改方案。结果表明:开车至今,多次检查托砖板均未发现裂纹、腐蚀和变形。 In allusion to such problems that in the water coal slurry Gasifier of the Shandong Hualuo Hengsheng Chemical Engineering Stock Company Ltd. , the internal diameter dimension of brick supporting plate was enlarged simultaneously with many cracks and horizontal deformation etc. , author has analyzed the foUowing reasons of the brick supporting plate damaged : ( 1 ) hydrogen caused cracks ; (2) high temperature corrosion; (3) high temperature erosion, has adopted the emergelly measures such as drilling hole to stop cracking, coating high temperature sealing glue, casting material with high chro- mium content and other technical and structural reformation schemes, such as renewing brick supporting plate, enlarging internal diameter of the brick supporting plate and so on. Result indicates that no crack, no corrosion and no deformation are found after inspection of the brick supporting plate in many times since start-up up to now.
