欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变疗效观察

Clinical effect of Xinwei Granule in treating precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma

[目的]观察欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变(PLGC)患者的临床疗效。[方法]选择西医确诊为PLGC、中医辨证为气阴两虚挟血瘀证患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,给予欣胃颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次,共服3个月;对照组30例,给予胃复春,每次4片,每日3次,疗程同治疗组。比较2组患者治疗后的临床、胃镜、病理、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)疗效。[结果]2组在症状、胃镜、病理、Hp方面均有效,治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为60.71%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]欣胃颗粒治疗PLGC有较好疗效。

[Objective]To investigate the curative effect of Xinwei Granule（XG） in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma（PLGC）.[Methods]A total of 60 cases diagnosed as having PLGC with syndrome of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,thirty patients in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated with XG,one bag each time,three times a day.Meanwhile other patients in control group were treated with Weifuchun,four tablets each time,three times a day.Both of the course of treatment continued three months.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,endoscopic changes,pathological changes of gastric mucosa and changes of Hp of the two groups were recorded and compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and 60.71% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Xinwei Granule is effective in treating precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma.
