肠胃康颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Effect of Changweikang Granule in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

[目的]观察肠胃康颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的临床效果。[方法]选取70例确诊D-IBS的患者并随机分为2组,各35例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用肠胃康颗粒治疗,均连续治疗2周,观察患者腹痛、腹泻、大便性状及次数改善情况,并对2组患者临床疗效进行比较。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组总有效率为74.29%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后3例(8.57%)出现恶心及皮疹等,对照组2例(5.71%)出现类似药物不良反应,均为服用匹维溴铵引起,在治疗2周停药后症状消失,2组患者药物不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]常规加用肠胃康颗粒治疗D-IBS可提高治疗效果,且无药物不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Changweikangkang Granule in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（D-IBS）.[Methods]Seventy cases of patients diagnosed with D-IBS were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional drugs.Meanwhile,35 patients in the treatment group were treated with Changweikang Granule plus conventional therapy for 2 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms were observed in patients,such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,stool characters,and stool frequency.[Results]The total effective rate was 94.29% and 74.29% in treatment group and control group,respectively.Statistical significance was observed between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Three patients（8.57%） in treatment group experienced nausea and rash. Two patients（5.71%） in control group showed symptoms similar to those in the treatment group.The adverse reactions in both groups were due to administration of pinaverium bromide and all the symptoms were gone after stopping the drug,indicating no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.[Conclusion]Changweikang Granule is effective for patients with D-IBS,deserving wide clinical application.
