摘要 采用模压法制备Kevlar/Surlyn复合材料,通过研究模压温度、压力、时间等工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺,模压温度170℃,模压压力3MPa,模压时间30min。研究了树脂含量对复合材料防刺性能的影响规律,结果表明Surlyn树脂含量对复合材料的防刺性能影响显著。树脂含量为47%(质量分数)时,复合材料防刺效果最优。 Kevlar/Surlyn composites were fabricated by mould pressing. The effects of pressing temperature, pressure, time and resin content on properties of composites were studied. The results show that the optimum proceeding condition is pressing temperature 170℃ ,pressure 3MPa,holding time 30min. Resin content has im- portant effect on stab resistant property of composite. The optimum resin content was 47wt%.
