中华基督教教育会与西方师范教育理念的引介与实践

China Christian Educational Association and the Introduction and Practice of Western Teacher Training Philosophy to China

摘要 晚清民国西学东渐,但熟悉新式教育的教师匮乏,教师水平良莠不齐,基督教学校亦是如此,师范教育尤为必要。以协调全国基督教教育为己务的中华基督教教育会对于师范教育不遗余力,利用自身覆盖全国的地方教育会网络,将自晚清以来逐步清晰的师范教育理念变成现实,通过全国及地方不同层面的"三年""五年"及"区域性"教师培训计划,期待为基督教教育培养师资。然在内有协调机制的乏力与外在民族主义的双重压力下,教育会的工作步履维艰。尽管如此,其积累的经验教训仍有借鉴价值。 During the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China, the Western Knowledge was introduced to China. But the teachers who are familiar with the new education were very short,, the same to the Christian schools. So the teacher training is necessary. China Christian Educational Association used their own local educational network which covering the whole country in late Qing dynasty to make the teacher training philosophy become reality. The national and local association started varies teacher training programs. However, as to the double pressures, this enterprise dropped into difficulty. Nonetheless, the accumulation of experience and lessons still gave us reference value.
