钢铁企业实施专家带徒人才培养模式研究

主要介绍了首秦公司的专家带徒人才培养模式，系统说明了专家带徒人才培养模式在专业人才队伍建设、尤其是专业领军人才队伍建设中的实践应用，分析了取得的成效及意义，同时也指出了存在的不足，并提出了进一步的改进措施。

This dissertation mainly introduces Shouqin＇s talent training mode of expert guiding the apprentice, systematically explains the practical application of such mode in professional talent team building, especially in the professional leading talent team building and analyzes the effectiveness and the significance achieved. Meanwhile, it also points out the existing disadvantages and puts forward the improvement measures.
