In the educational life containing a variety of possibilities, teachers need to choose. In order to make a ＂better＂ choice, teachers need the enlightenment of wisdom. But in the tension between the reality and the pursuit of education, teacher wisdom is very difficult in its existence and development. To move beyond this dilemma, we must be committed to defending the diversity of the life of teacher education, the process of teachers pursuing wisdom as well as the possibility of teachers exchanging ideas.
