摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法,基于准公共产品的理论,对于体育场馆的对外开放活动门票价格问题进行了分析。指出:体育场馆的对外开放收费,应列入准公共产品价格范畴,目前一些场馆的活动门票价格趋高,有碍市民的共同参与。结论:体育场馆对外开放活动的价格要体现福利性质,建立规范的价格调整机制,推进体育休闲一体化的发展道路,明确政府在其价格政策中的主导作用。
With the methods of literature review, questionnaire, etc., the paper analyzes the problem of admis- sion ticket price for stadiums and gymnasiums open to the public activities. It points out that it is reasonable to list the stadiums' admission ticket into quasi-public commodity price category. At present, the admission fee of some venues is relative high, which has a negative effect to the participation of the public. Conclusion: the pric- ing of the admission fee of the open activities in stadiums and gymnasiums shall reflect the social welfare nature, a standard price regulation mechanism shall be established. The integrated development of sports and leisure shall be promoted. And the dominant role of the government in the pricing policy shall be clarified.
