不同负荷有氧健身操对产后女性心肺功能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Distinct Physiological Load of Aerobic Calisthenics on Postnatal Female's Cardiopulmonary Function

摘要 以60名健康产后女性为研究对象,随机分为45min有氧健身操锻炼组、90min有氧健身操锻炼组和无运动对照组,两个运动组分别进行12周不同运动负荷有氧健身操锻炼,无运动对照组保持原有生活习惯不参加有氧健身操锻炼,实验前后统一监测受试者心肺功能相关指标和心理健康状况,以此探讨不同负荷的有氧健身操锻炼对产后女性机体心肺功能和心理健康状况的影响。结果显示:12周有氧健身操锻炼可以有效改善产后女性心肺功能,提高其有氧能力,对预防心血管疾病具有重要作用;同时有氧健身操锻炼可以有效改善产后女性心境不良情绪状态,降低产后抑郁的发生,提高产后女性身心健康水平。 This study adopted 60 postnatal women as research objects. They were randomly divided into 45rain exercise group, 90min exercise group and control group. The former two groups conducted 12-week aerobic exer- cise with different load while the control group stays without any exercises. The related cardiopulmonary index and psychological health function of the objects before and after the experiment were monitored so as to explore the impact of the aerobic exercises with different load on the cardiopulmonary function and psychological health state of the postnatal female. The result shows that the 12-week aerobic exercises can effectively improve the car- diopulmonary function, enhance its aerobic capacity, play an important role in the prevention of the cardiovascu- lar diseases; at the same time, the aerobic exercises can effectively improve the psychological health of the post- natal women and reduce the incidence of postnatal depression so as to improve the body and mind health of the postnatal women.
