摘要 探讨了体育教育的终极指向,指出培育完满和谐的生命体是体育教育的根本目的。体育教育要遵循生命特性,尊重生命个体的自主性、独特性与多样性,发挥其创造性与超越性,开展生命化的教育。体育课程理念要实现由"健康第一"向"生命为本"的跃升,改变体育课程中对特殊需要学生的生命关怀缺失局面,将生命教育纳入体育课程目标中,实现体育教育与生命教育的融合。生命化的体育教育要依靠生命化体育教师,创设生命化课堂,在教学过程中凸显生命的灵动,优化生命机体,焕发生命的活力,激发生命的创造力,进而实现体验生命、唤醒生命、生成生命与丰富生命的目标。 In this paper, the author, by exploring the ultimate orientation of PE, holds that the fundamental ob- jective of PE is cultivating perfect human beings featuring by complete and harmony. In PE, we should follow the law of life, keep in line with the autonomy, uniqueness and diversity of the individual, and bring his or her creativity and transcending qualities into full play, making PE centering around life. The philosophy of PE should be upgraded to "life-centered" from "health first". The lack of life concern for students in need of special care should be changed, and life education should be included in PE, integrating PE and life education. In conducting PE of this type, the teacher should set the class centering around life, incorporate life education as an objective of PE, bring the animation of life to the fore, optimize and invigorate the organism, inspire the creativity of life, thus helping fulfill the objective of experiencing and enriching life, and making it more dynamic.
