This paper makes attempt to analyze the management model and responsibility definition for safety liability dispute in the school sports facility opens to society,which provides a basis for managing such dispute through specific responsibility definition and scope demarcation with the purpose to establish a long-acting mechanism for the school sports facility opens to society.In this way,this paper seeks to construct a multiplied mass sports service system to protect the interests of schools and legitimate rights and interests of citizens in physical exercises.
