A Full Range of Legal and Moral Education on Community Correction Objects

加强对社区矫正人员的法律道德教育,促其悔过自新,重新做人,既是社区矫正工作的重要任务,也是评估矫正工作质量和检验社会效果的主要依据。建立全方位的法律道德教育制度,把社区矫正人员进行法律道德教育工作落到实处,将提高矫正工作的质量。

The task of community corrections, and meanwhile, the important basis of evaluating corrections＇ quality and social effects is to strengthen the legal and morality education to people who need corrections, making them rebuild their lives. At first, the author raises some questions about legal and morality education, and then analyzes the necessity of building full range of legal and morality education systems. And then, this paper tries to find the rules, ways, contents and mechanism of education, to make sure all of work concerned is implemented, and the quality of corrections will be improved.
