摘要
根据油品静电形成灾害的条件及静电灾害事故的统计情况,介绍了汽车和铁路油罐车装卸作业过程中预防静电灾害的主要措施。
Based on the disaster formation conditions caused by oil product electrostatic and statistical result of electrostatic disasters,the main precautions for electrostatic disaster during oil tanker handling were presented.
