摘要
为贯彻落实《"十二五"节能减排全民行动实施方案》,积极执行中国石化构建"五位一体"督导管理体系,提升企业运营管理水平的整体方针,北京石油分公司对冬季电采暖由自己管理的加油站,通过技术合作的形式开发了加油站远程能源管理系统,并在部分加油站进行了试用,对加油站的能耗进行实时监测和管理,一个采暖季的试用表明,单位功耗,kWh/(m2.d),可降低30%以上,节能效果显著。建议对结构好、保温性能好的加油站可考虑安装能源管理系统,并从本质节能考虑,在有条件的加油站一并采用太阳能辅热系统,对条件不好的加油站,可考虑采用空调取暖等其他方式。
In order to implement the 'Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction Comprehensive Work Plan for the 12th Five-Year Plan Period',execute actively the overall policy of SINOPEC to construct 'five in one' supervision and management system to improve enterprise operation level,Beijing Oil Products Company developed gas station energy management system by technical cooperation for the gas stations which manage electric heating in winter,and applyed in trial the system in partial gas stations,by which the energy consumption was real-time monitored and managed.The application results showed that unit energy consumption can be decreased by 30% with significant energy saving effect.
