高校社区离退休教职工养老方式的探讨

Study on Care Mode for Retired Teachers and Workers in Some Universities Community

目的探讨高校离退休教职工的养老方式和养老需求。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对华南师范大学离退休教职工进行问卷调查,以及对个别老人进行专题访谈。结果高校离退休教职工养老急需的服务主要包括家政服务、健康保健服务及心理辅导;其中有66%的老人需要家政服务,有51%的老人需要健康保健服务,有6%的老人需要心理辅导;老人更喜欢钟点工式的家政服务;关于老人中意的养老场所方面,有51%的老人喜欢在家庭养老,有22%的老人喜欢在养老院养老,有11%的老人愿意先在家庭养老,等生活不能自理时再到养老院养老,有17%的老人不确定自己在哪里养老更好。结论结合我国国情和华师社区的实践经验,认为我国应在政府的领导下,逐步建立和完善以居家养老为基础、社区托老中心为补充、社区卫生服务机构为依托的社区养老服务体系。

Objective To investigate the care mode for retired teachers and workers in some universities community and their needs. Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey in the retired teachers of South China Normal University, using a random sampling method, and made thematic interviews of individual elderly. Results The much-needed services of retired teachers of u- niversity included the house-keeping services, health care services and psychological counseling. 66% of the retired teachers needed house-keeping services ,51% of them needed health care services and 6% needed psychological consultation. The elderly preferred part time house-keeping services. In the aspect of their favorite health care places,51% of the elderly preferred to live in their own houses ,22% of them liked to live in the nursing home. Some retired teachers thank they might use both methods according to their health condition, that was to live in the nursing home when they were not able to take care of themselves and otherwise in their own house. There was still 17% of the elderly were not sure where is a better choice for their health care. Condusion According to the situation of China and the practice experience of the Community of South China Normal University,it is recommended that our country, under the leadership of the government, should gradually establish and improve community care service system,with home care being the basement, community health service centers for the aged as the supplement and community health service institution being the support.
