南水北调东线江苏段水利风景旅游带的建设探讨

Discussion of Construction for Water Scenery Traveling Zone of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiangsu Section

目前南水北调工程沿线水利风景区的建设存在认知度不高、规划性不强、投融资及经营管理模式单一等问题，不同程度地影响了南水北调调水沿线水利风景区的建设发展步伐。在分析现状的基础上，对如何拓展发展思路、与工程同步规划、加强舆论宣传、多元化投融资及创新经营管理模式等方面做些初步探讨。

The starting of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Jiangsu section creates a good opportunity for the construction of water conservancy scenic spots alone the project. But there are some problems in the construction of water scenic spots with not strong sense of development, not clear construction planning, single investment and management modes, which affect the progress pace of water conservancy construction of scenic spots. On the analysis of the existing problems, the author puts forward some preliminary study on how to expand the development ideas, to plan with the engineering, to strengthen propaganda, to diversify investment, and to create managing modes.
