摘要
根据衡水市水资源的特点,降水量分布不均,汛期降水量占年降水总量的80%左右。结合降水不均的特点,提出了衡水市雨水利用的必要性,并对衡水市的雨水资源利用进行分析。通过对衡水市降雨径流关系分析,径流系数为0.18,按枯水年计算,单位面积集水量为481m^3/hm^2。雨水利用可缓解水资源不足的矛盾。阐述了城市雨水收集、利用的技术,并提出了对策和建议。
As the characteristics of water resources in Hengshui City feature uneven distribution of precipitation and the precipitation in flood season accounts for 80 % of the total annual amount, we propose rainwater utilization for Hengshui City, and analyze rainwater resource utilizalion in the city. Though the analysis of rainfall-runoff relationship,we have gotten that the runoff coefficient is 0. 18. The unit area of the water collection will be 481 ma/hm^2 ( in dry years). The article elaborates the methods of urban rainwater collection, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
