衡水市城区雨水资源利用可行性分析探讨

Feasibility Analysis and Discussion of the Rainwater Resources Use in Hengshui City

根据衡水市水资源的特点，降水量分布不均，汛期降水量占年降水总量的80％左右。结合降水不均的特点，提出了衡水市雨水利用的必要性，并对衡水市的雨水资源利用进行分析。通过对衡水市降雨径流关系分析，径流系数为0．18，按枯水年计算，单位面积集水量为481m^3／hm^2。雨水利用可缓解水资源不足的矛盾。阐述了城市雨水收集、利用的技术，并提出了对策和建议。

As the characteristics of water resources in Hengshui City feature uneven distribution of precipitation and the precipitation in flood season accounts for 80 % of the total annual amount, we propose rainwater utilization for Hengshui City, and analyze rainwater resource utilizalion in the city. Though the analysis of rainfall-runoff relationship,we have gotten that the runoff coefficient is 0. 18. The unit area of the water collection will be 481 ma/hm^2 （ in dry years）. The article elaborates the methods of urban rainwater collection, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
