建设节水型社会可有效缓解石家庄市水资源短缺的局面，对促进石家庄市水资源持续利用具有十分重要的意义。按照保证生活用水、调控工业用水、稳定农业用水、维系生态用水”的指导思想和“用水总量控制和定额管理”的总体目标，本文介绍了开展石家庄市节水型社会建设采取的制度建设、机制建设、载体建设、科技创新、提高全民节水意识等具体工作措施以及取得的阶段性建设成果。

Water-saving society construction can effectively alleviate the water shortage situation in Shijiazhuang City, and be of great significance on the sustainable water use of this city. According the rules of Guarantee domestic water, control industrial water, stability agricultural water, maintain ecological water and the overall goal of ＂ total water control and quota management ＂, this paper described the conduction of Shijiazhuang City to take water-saving society including institution building, mechanisms, carrier construction, technological innovation, enhance the people＇s awareness of water conservation measures in specific work and the phased results.
