摘要
因不同型号衬砌机的布料能力、行进速度、振捣方式不同,衬砌板质量缺陷与当地环境因素(温度、湿度、风速等)、混凝土初凝时间、建基面处理方式等有密切的关系,所以在大规模机械化衬砌之前,对基面的削坡及修整、保温板和土工膜的铺设、衬砌混凝土施工各个工序操作要点进行生产性试验,并通过质量检测,确定了土工膜焊接、衬砌混凝土各个工序和适宜衬砌混凝土配合比等施工参数。各个工序的施工参数均为生产性试验取得的最优参数,对后续大规模渠道衬砌施工具有指导意义。同时还提出了特殊季节施工保证措施,为在各个季节进行衬砌混凝土施工做好了技术准备。
Due to the different paving capacity, moving speed, and way of vibration of different models of liners, the quality defects of lining slab have close relationship with local environmental factors(temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc. ), initial setting time of concrete, and processing mode of foundation face. Production tests of cutting slope, dressing foundation face, laying insulation board and geomembrane, and lining concrete construction should be done before large-scale mechanized lining. Through quality inspection, working parameters have been set concerning geomembrane welding, lining concrete construction process and mix proportion of lining concrete. Working parameters of each working procedure are optimal parameters from productive experiment, which has guiding significance towards the following large-scale mechanized lining construction. The paper also puts forward construction guarantee measurements of special seasons, which makes the technical preparations for large-scale mechanized lining in each season
